Brand New Web & Sheet Fed Presses

The web offset presses are single width, one plate around, coldset presses having modular construction, quick make -ready, with simple design for ease of operation and maintenance. The printing elements are mono unit and three color satellite printing unit. The mono unit can be stacked up to 4-HI Tower to get full color on both sides of the web and the three color satellite in the combination with a mono unit can print full color on one side and single color on other side of the web. Also available is a 4-cylinder mono unit with integral reelstand.

The unit frames are made of high tensile cast iron. All cylinders are mounted on pre-loaded Timken taper roller bearings (USA). The ink fountain has 24 manually adjustable keys / levers. Instead of copper we can supply PU - coated ink vibrator rollers. Sock type or Brushmist dampening system is supplied depending on the speed of machine.
